'Elite' Season 5: Everything We Know So Far

Netflix renews 'Elite' for season 5 even before season 4 premiers.

We might have already solved the mystery behind Marina's death in season 3, but fans should be glad to know that 'Elite' wouldn't be resting in the shadows anytime soon.

A fourth season was recently released, and fans can expect more in the future.

'Elite' is a Spanish thriller teen drama created by Carlos Montero and Darío Madrona for Netflix.

It takes place in a fictional elite secondary school called Las Encinas and follows the drama between the super-rich and the three working-class students, who managed to get into the exclusive institution via scholarship. The drama brought by the clash in lifestyles, resentments, envy, and sexual attraction is even intensified after the death of Marina in season 1 and the disappearance of Samuel in season 2.

Let us find out what to expect from the show in the future. Here's everything we know about 'Elite' season 5.

The show's main mystery regarding Marina's death has been resolved in Season 3. In season 4, new students are introduced, bringing all-new drama that will be carried over into season 5. In season 4,  we witnessed a pivotal moment after Guzmán (Miguel Bernardeau) kill Armando (Andrés Velencoso), who had previously attacked Ari. Guzmán and his friends discarded Armando's body, before leaving town. We are likely going to find out in season 5 what happens to Guzmán after committing the crime. We do not know a lot about Armando, except that he was a student of Las Encinas two decades ago with immense wealth and power. His death will undoubtedly cause trouble to Guzman, while Rebe and Samu will be forced to keep their mouths shut.

Just like the previous seasons, we are anticipating plenty of drama and steamy scenes in 'Elite' season 5.
