Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt Got Calls From Disney After Their Sexual Banter Went Too Far

Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt proved to have perfect chemistry after their roles in the smash-hit Disney film Jungle Cruise. The pair would banter with each other on the screen and that banter leaked into their real life, sometimes taking it too far, making Disney nervous.

This was revealed in Vanity Fair’s profile of Dwayne Johnson and his sense of humor. Emily Blunt described Johnson as the perfect gentleman but he can really push a person's boundaries. Blunt referred to a specific interview where the two were asked what items they would take into the jungle with them. Dwayne Johnson suggested that Emily Blunt should take Vagisil and Blunt returned the comment suggesting that Johnson should take anal beads.

The calls from Disney came soon after.

Blunt said:

I can’t tell you, how quick we got those calls: ‘We really love your chemistry and what you guys are doing—but can we dial it back a little bit on the anal beads?’

It's understandable why Disney would want the pair to dial back on any inappropriate sexual banter given that the company was built upon being family-friendly.

And with Jungle Cruise 2 currently in development, it's important for Disney to control what Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt do when representing Disney.

Jaume Collet-Serra will be returning to direct the sequel based on a script written by Michael Green. John Davis, John Fox, Beau Flynn, Johnson, Dany Garcia, and Hiram Garcia will be on as producers with Scott Sheldon as executive producer.

A release date for Jungle Cruise 2 has yet to be confirmed but we will keep you posted on any updates.
