Christa B. Allen Who Played Young Jennifer Garner In '13 Going On 30' Just Turned 30

Christa B. Allen has turned 30 years old! The actress is best known for playing the role of 13-year-old Jenna Rink, the younger version of Jennifer Garner's character in 2004's 13 Going On 30. Life has truly come full circle, with Allen celebrating her 30th on November 11.

Over the years, Allen has been creating viral TikTok videos where she's even recreated the movie's iconic scenes and outfits. For those who need a quick refresher, the movie is about a 13-year-old teenager who suddenly wakes up as a 30-year-old magazine executive one morning, thanks to some magic wishing dust.

For Halloween last year, the TikTok star reenacted a scene from the movie in which she goes through her adult version's closet. She was looking for an outfit to wear for a party hosted by her employer, a popular magazine. The scene is set to Whitney Houston's I Wanna Dance With Somebody. Allen wrote in the caption of the video: "Jenna Rink forever 👛🌸💕✨#13goingon30." 

This year, for her birthday, Allen has been releasing a short series on TikTok (aptly titled Vienna) where she interacts with her own "13-year-old self" and interrogates some of the themes of the movie. Allen told her followers on Twitter that the videos were "a response" to the 2004 film.

"When I started my TikTok journey 2 years ago, I had no idea how much people would love '13 Going on 30' content," Allen tweeted. "After several videos went viral, fans were asking for a sequel by the hundreds. this short series 'Vienna' is less of a sequel, more of a response- I hope you love it!"

And what did she do on her 30th to celebrate? According to The Daily Mail, she enjoyed a catered sushi dinner at her downtown Los Angeles loft. An upscale private sushi dining concept called Shoku LA had put together a set menu for her 30th birthday.

The former child star was surrounded by close loved ones as she donned a slinky gold dress for the special occasion with stilettos. She had previously teased in a TikTok video that she wanted to party like it was "1987" for her upcoming party. And it looks like she did! In fact, the party was incomplete without her referencing "30, flirty and thriving" as per the movie. Happy 30th birthday, Christa B. Allen!
