The Blue's Clues float this year at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade had three very special guests. Steve Burns (Steve), Donovan Patton (Joe), and Joshua Dela Cruz (Josh) made millennials super-emotional as they went on to perform a song that breaks the fourth wall as usual. They sang You Can't Spell Blue Without You, which thanks fans for their support over the show's 25-year history.

Sure enough, it made tons of viewers of the beloved children's show emotional. Most of whom are adults today, of course. The Blue's Clues balloon has reportedly been featured at the annual event since 1999, according to parade host Savannah Guthrie, reports PEOPLE. This was the first time all three hosts got together to celebrate.

Nickelodeon shared a video of the trio smiling widely as they rode along the parade route, captioning the post: Loved seeing all our #BluesCluesAndYou fam together at the #MacysParade 💙🐾 Anyone else suddenly getting really emotional? 😭 32-year-old Dela Cruz says in the clip, "Welcome to the Thanksgiving Day Parade!" as he pans over to a smiling Patton, 43, and Burns, 47.

The last time one of the hosts got millennials crying was when Steve Burns addressed his sudden departure on the show, nearly 20 years ago. Burns was the original host in 1996 but Patton took over in 2002. To celebrate the Nickelodeon show’s 25th anniversary, Burns shared an emotional video message in September via Nick Jr to the fan base, now aged roughly between 25 and 34. "I realize that was kind of abrupt. I just kinda got up and went to college," the Emmy-nominee said in the clip. "That was really challenging, by the way, but great because I got to use my mind and take a step away ... and now I literally am doing many of the things that I wanted to do. And then look at you! And look at all you have done and all you have accomplished in all that time! It's just so amazing, right?" He continued, "I mean, we started out with clues and now, it's what? Student loans, and jobs, and families. And some of it has been kind of hard, you know? I know you know. I wanted to tell you that I really couldn't have done all of that without your help. In fact, all the help that you helped me with when we were younger is still helping me today. Right now. And that's super cool." Burns ended his message by telling fans that "after all these years, I never forgot you … ever. And I'm super glad we're still friends."
