What Could've Been The Plot Of '#blackAF' Season 2?

'#blackAF' stars Kenya Barris as a fictionalized version of himself. Kenya lives with his wife Joya (Rashida Jones) and their children in Los Angeles.

The first season was full of hilarious scenes depicting the complexities of their modern life as a 'new money' black family trying to make things right. It tackles topics surrounding parenting, relationship, culture, and race. The show is presented in a mockumentary style, with Kenya’s daughter Drea (played by Iman Benson) narrating.

The hilarious series takes inspiration from Kenya's personal experiences.

Throughout the first season, Kenya has tried to handle the rising conflict between him, his wife, and his family in general. They decided that they all needed a vacation to cool things off and booked a family trip to Fiji.

Kenya became upset when he discovered that Joya chose Fiji because of her book signing schedule. However, while watching an episode he wrote for 'Black-ish,' Kenya realized that he must try to make things better for their marriage.

He attends Joya's book signing, apologized, and told her he is proud of her for finding out a career path for herself.

The first season ended on a positive note, with the Barris family resolving their familial conflict.

The second season would've introduced a new problem for the Barris family to overcome.
