Bet on Netflix has become popular overnight. On Thursday, May 15, the streaming site released the live-action adaption of Kakegurui, which was well-received online.
“Binge watched Bet on Netflix and… unfortunately I was gagged,” X user said.
“Watching this show Bet on Netflix and it’s good as s**t,” another said.
Due of its departure from the manga, dedicated anime viewers gave the series mixed reviews.
However, the show is in Netflix’s Top 10 Most Watched, and viewers are asking if it will be extended for a second season. One wrote: “Bet was top tier need season 2 now!! #BETNetflix.”

The show only just debuted on Netflix last week, so it’s too early to say.
When renewing the series, the streaming site will consider metrics like how many people viewed it in its first week.
The Netflix show Forever was renewed after six days and 3.7 million views worldwide.
Bet is among the streaming site’s Top 10 Most Watched. If it continues to gain views, we may receive that announcement shortly.
