'Berserk' Season 3: Everything We Know So Far

Berserk, known as Beruseruku in Japanese, is a dark fantasy anime television series based on a manga series of the same name. The anime series has been criticized for its animation technique but is one of the best anime series of all time. 'Berserk' is the continuation of the Golden Age Arc film trilogy. Berserk is the video adaptation of the anime, which for the first time, got published with the same title in 1997. This anime has entertained fans with two awesome seasons with 24 episodes. The anime's author is Shin Itagaki, and he has shown his love and interest in making more series if the producers allow it. 

This dark fantasy is based on a manga series written and illustrated by Kentarou Miura, and the manga series was first published on April 25, 1989, and has continued ever since. The first part, titled Berserk: Ougon Jidai-hen I- Haou no Tamago, was released on February 4, 2012, and was then followed by the releases of Berserk: Ougan Jidai-hen II- Doldrey Kouryaku and Berserk: Ougon Jidai-hen III- Kourin on June 23, 2012, and February 1, 2013, respectively. A few years later, it was announced that a new anime television series that covers events after the Gold Age story arc would be made, and fans got the surprise when Season 1 of Berserk premiered on July 1, 2016. Then the second season aired on April 7, 2017. Now, fans are waiting desperately for the third season to come out soon, and here is everything we know about it. 

When Can We Expect Season 3 Of 'Berserk' To Premiere? 

There hasn't been any information about the third installment yet. Still, fans strongly believe that the production team will be working on the third season, as the second season's final episode left fans wondering about a lot of things. It also ended with a hopeful message which read: “The Story Continues.”

What Will Be The Plot Of 'Berserk' Season 3?

It is believed that season 3 will be about ending the Falcon of the Millennium Empire story arc. The arc will look for a sea ship to take the group to Skellig. There will be a serious discussion amongst the Vandimion family, which will become dangerous when Guts will be dared to a fight. It is also believed that Emperor Ganishka will announce a war on the Holy See, but they realize that the town is under invasion by the Kushan Empire's Troops. The war with Kushan's troops will end in Guts planning an alliance with Zodd to fight Ganishka. When the battle starts, a hole will be opened into the astral sphere. This will be termed as World Transformation, which will tell about the material world to overlay with the supernatural. Due to this, things will fall apart for Guts, and the Mystical monsters will now be able to move around freely in the physical world. If that happens, it will be the beginning of Griffith's domination in the empire of Falconia.
