This is a live article and it will be updated as new details about Diablero Season 3 come our way. This is what we know so far.

Diablero

'Diablero' is a Mexican Netflix original series created by Pablo Tébar and José Manuel Cravioto. The horror-fantasy series following a demon hunter and his friends on a crusade to save humanity has caught a considerable number of followers since its release. The show has already released 14 episodes to date, spanning two seasons. After a successful season 2 release in 2020, let's find out what's next for 'Diablero.'

Has 'Diablero' Been Renewed For Season 3?

Renewal Status: Officially Canceled

According to What's On Netflix, Diablero has been canceled by Netflix, and there's no chance of it returning for a new season. This is sad news to the fans but not a surprise based on the length of time since season 2 was released.

When Will 'Diablero' Season 3 Release On Netflix?

The show has been canceled, so we can't give you a release date unless Netflix changes its mind about the show. 'Diablero' premiered on Netflix on 21 December 2018. On February 1st, 2019, Netflix announced the renewal of the show for season 2, which was released on 31 January 2020. Typically, people expected that season 3 episodes would be released around the same month the following year. But that never happened.

The Plot: What Is 'Diablero' About?

Diablero is based on the book 'El Diablo me Obligó' (The Devil Forced Me), written by Mexican writer Francisco Haghenbeck. The series follows a fallen priest, Father Ramiro Ventura, who seeks the help of the legendary demon hunter “Diablero” Elvis Infante. The two then teamed up with a superhero named Nancy Gama in a quest to save humanity against lurking evil forces.
